Naidex 2018

In 2018, we attended Naidex at Birmingham NEC on 25th and 26th April. Naidex is Europe’s most comprehensive trade, professional and consumer event dedicated to the independent living sector.

With approximately 14,000 delegates in attendance, we received plenty of visitors to our stand over the two days of the show. We were delighted to receive a great deal of interest in our  Ugo 4 Weeks, and our Vyne home delivery service.

On Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd May, we attended the ACA 2018 Annual Conference and Exhibition at Bournemouth International Centre. What a fantastic conference it was! We were inundated with visitors to our stand, wanting to know more about the catheter drainage and fixation devices in our Ugo Urology range, and our newest product in particular – Ugo 4 Weeks.

There was a great turnout at the first presentation of the conference. Jane discussed the very topical issue of preventing continence product wastage and cost-effective prescribing. It was wonderful to see so many delegates attending Jane’s talk and showing an interest in this highly relevant subject matter. We hope many of the delegates in attendance now feel empowered to embrace cost-effective prescribing and see how much continence product wastage they can prevent in their areas!

South African Urology Association (SAUA)

We’re back at the South African Urology Association (SAUA) congress from the 20th – 23rd September 2018. Once again we will be attending with our partner Grobir Medical Suppliers.

We’re delighted to be returning with a new product to introduce to urology doctors and nurses, our OptiLube Active CHG Free catheterisation jelly. OptiLube Active CHG Free is ideally suited to patients with sensitivities to chlorhexidine or where chlorhexidine is contraindicated.

German Society of Urology (DGU)

We then set off to Germany from the 26th – 29th September 2018, where we attended  the German Society of Urology (DGU) congress with our partner Aurosan. We were absolutely delighted to attend for the first time, showcasing Ugo Urology and our range of lubrication and catheterisation jellies.

With such a large portfolio of products at the show, we split our products across two exhibitions stands. Ugo Urology on one, and across the hall our lubrication and catheterisation jellies.

German Society for Gynaecology and Obstetrics (DGGG)

Wethen returned to Germany exhibiting at the German Society for Gynaecology and Obstetrics (DGGG) congress. Again we attended with our partner Aurosan, presenting our extensive range of lubrication jellies that can be used for a wide range of gynaecological procedures and examinations.

Netherlands V & VN Urology Symposium

We attended Urology Symposium in Netherlands towards the end of 2018. We had a huge focus on urology at this event, showcasing the full Ugo Urology range and our catheterisation jellies. This was our first time attending the show and we were delighted to be attending with our partner FVD Vooren.
