Benefits of the range

These individually wrapped, sterile syringes come available in 6ml or 11ml volume to help ensure the full length of the urethra is coated in lubricant and an aseptic procedure is achieved. The intuitive syringe design is ideally suited for single-handed operation and the ergonomic tip has been specifically designed to eliminate the risk of suction or damage to tissue. To assist with a controlled, precise application of catheterisation jelly every time, we’ve also included a handy measuring facility on the side of every syringe.

The range of catheterisation jelly we provide at Optimum Medical allows healthcare professionals to make an informed choice about which lubricant is most suitable for the patient based on individual patient assessment and local catheterisation procedure policies.
